A very cozy house combining traditional Sicilian style, the owner’s love of details and modern technologies (solar panels). Located just 30 meters from a small sandy bay in the village of Torretta Granitola (TP). Wide sandy beach is situated near the lighthouse 2 km away. 2 level hous, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, terrace with comfortable summer furniture, 4-5 beds. View of the sea and the magical Mediterranean sunsets from the first floor. In the village there is a grocery store, a pizzeria and a couple of restaurants. In the next town (10 minutes by car) there are supermarkets, shops, bus service. Very convenient location for sightseeing of the south and the west of Sicily (Marsala, Selinunte, Agrigento). 1 hour drive to Palermo by highway, 40 min to Trapani.
A small set of equipment, but everything you need is there: air conditioning (cooling-heating), gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, stove, LCD TV, satellite TV with English channels, dishes. Washing machine on the territory of the neighboring apartment in the public domain (hostess). Providing a cot for the smallest on request. Reservations for July and August 2019 are not guaranteed. Possible of rentals with the neighboring apartment (3 bedrooms, 5 beds max).
